Epoxy and decorative flake flooring systems create a seamless, hard-wearing surface designed for areas that demand durability, easy cleaning and a professional finish. Systems can range from solid-colour coatings through to full broadcast decorative flake finishes with a protective clear topcoat.

Maintenance
Low maintenance and easy to clean. The seamless surface reduces areas for dirt and contaminants to collect and can be routinely swept, vacuumed, mopped or washed depending on the environment.

Highly durable with excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, staining and general wear. The coating system can be tailored to suit anything from a residential garage through to demanding commercial and industrial applications.
Finish Options
Available in solid colours or a wide range of decorative flake combinations, with different textures and slip-resistance levels available to suit the intended use.
Our Process
01 — Assess & Prepare
We inspect the concrete for existing coatings, contamination, cracks and other defects before selecting the appropriate preparation and coating system.
02 — Mechanically Grind
The concrete is mechanically diamond ground to remove contaminants and create the correct surface profile for strong coating adhesion.
03 — Repair & Prime
Cracks, holes and minor defects are repaired where required before the prepared concrete is primed to create a consistent base for the coating system.
04 — Apply Epoxy & Flake
The epoxy base coat is applied, followed by decorative flake broadcast evenly across the surface. For solid-colour systems, the selected coating is applied to the required specification.
05 — Seal & Protect
Excess flake is removed and the surface is finished with a durable protective topcoat, providing resistance to wear, staining and everyday use with slip resistance tailored to the environment.
