Pennant Hills Driveway Stencil crete Removal & Surface Preparation
This residential driveway project in Pennant Hills, NSW involved the complete mechanical removal of approximately 87 m² of existing stencilcrete, preparing the concrete substrate for a new spray resin system.
The driveway had a particularly steep gradient, making machine control and consistent surface preparation critical. Finesse Grind & Polish utilised our remote-control industrial concrete grinder, allowing the driveway to be mechanically ground efficiently while maintaining control across the steep surface.
Multiple grinding passes were completed to achieve 100% removal of the existing stencilcrete, followed by additional grinding to flatten and refine the underlying concrete.
Detailed edge grinding was also completed around the perimeter and adjoining surfaces to ensure the existing finish was completely removed across the entire driveway.
The finished surface was left clean, flat and mechanically prepared, providing a consistent substrate ready for the application of the new spray resin system.
This Pennant Hills project demonstrates our capability to undertake heavy-duty driveway grinding, stencilcrete removal and concrete surface preparation on challenging residential sites throughout Sydney.
